Biennial of Contemporary Art – Plovdiv is an international forum for contemporary art that aims to present the trends in the development of visual arts within a globally changing world, exploring the transforming boundaries and cultural perceptions in the context of the messages of the new social order in which we all live today.

The exhibition will feature all genres and unconventional forms of visual art.

Biennial of Contemporary Art – Plovdiv 2024 is organized by the Art Over the Centuries Foundation, with the support of the Regional Directorate of Fire Safety and Civil Protection – Plovdiv, Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, and the Society of Plovdiv Artists.

    Conditions for Participation:

1. The competition is open to all independent artists from Bulgaria and abroad.
2. Each participant may submit up to two works in the field of visual arts, created within the last two years.
3. There are no restrictions regarding style, medium, or thematic preferences.
   The recommended maximum size of the works is 200 × 100 cm.
